structural repairs or maintenance concerns, a
construction consultant will meet
with you to assess your situation.
Architectural and interior
design services are employed if necessary to
define and develop plans for renovations. This is to
insure your finished project is thoughtfully designed
prior to construction.
A Design / Intent to Build
Agreement establishes the design/consultation
phase of each remodel. As needed, specification
schedules identify item details. We work closely with
you during this phase to clearly define your project
scope, design and details. At the end of this phase,
a construction estimate establishes the project cost.
A written construction
contract is drawn up prior to commencement of
all construction, including structural repairs and
maintenance improvements. Following contract signing,
price changes occur only if the scope of the project or
specifications change.

Communication means
keeping in close contact with you throughout your
project to insure overall integrity. Maintaining open
lines of communication by phone, e-mails and in person

conference assures you that punch list items
are completed before final payment is made. It gives you
peace of mind knowing that end of project details will
be taken care of.
