How much will you be on site and will you be supervising your subs closely?

Once your job begins, we will be on site everyday there is project activity, whether it is our employees or subcontractors. There will not be large gaps of time where you don't see us. Our commitment is to keep your project moving along consistently until completion.

What if we have idea changes once the project is started?

We will meet and discuss your ideas and how they can be worked into the project. No additional work is begun without a change order and set price.

If we decide to use your services, when can you get started on our project?

Once a contract is signed and a 5% retainer deposit, we will schedule you on our calendar. Start dates are approximate, but we attempt to be as realistic as possible.

What about financing?

We believe your best source of financing to be a bank or credit union you choose to do business with or an equity loan through your mortgage lender.

What about your subcontractors? How do we know we can trust them to give us the quality we desire?

We choose our subs based on their professionalism, trustworthiness and craftsmanship. We manage each project to afford client satisfaction with all aspects of the job. We expect our subcontractors to exemplify quality in their work and manner in which they work while on your property.

What about your insurance coverage?
             
We carry general liability insurance and require all subcontractors to carry it as well as workers comp on employees.

NARI is the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. It is the only national trade association committed exclusively to the service of the professional remodeling industry. We believe a code of ethics is essential to sound business practices. NARI requires members to uphold its Code of Ethics and to maintain integrity in the remodeling industry. We are a member because it gives us ready access to the latest info on products, materials and techniques, as well as industry suppliers. NARI also provides education for its members and seeks to educate homeowners about the industry.

Are you willing to build from plans we already have?

Yes, by all means. We team with architects and designers to implement their design concepts and make them a reality. Our commitment is to see plans, whether they are yours or ours, executed so that your desire is fulfilled with timeliness, integrity and within budget. We do offer design service for those clients that have need of it.
